HI-BRID | Re-use of employment centers post Covid-19

The post-pandemic future requires rethinking. The project deals with the re-use of office buildings, and offers a new model of work, called "SITE".

Covid-19 has changed the way we live, work and use the space around us. Trends in the rapidly changing
world of work have been accelerated even more, including a growing shift in the traditional work model:
from an office in a defined space, – to hybrid work, which combines remote work.
The SITE model is essentially a multi-purpose hybrid space, combining work and living, together with
additional functions. This model addresses the nature of work in the new era, in
which work is more collaborative, dynamic and produces interactions between people.
The selected test case is the Kiryat Atidim employment center, which is located near Ramat Hachayal. At
the municipal level, the project offers a connection between the employment complex, the city, and
nature.
